Young Girls Shares About Jesus In School

During the week leading up to Resurrection Sunday, one of our Power Church kids, a 10-year-old girl, was used by the Lord in a wonderful way in her class at school. A discussion came about among the kids during school concerning the coming weekend and its activities. The girl from First Assembly asked the other kids at if they knew about Good Friday and its meaning.

At least three of the kids had no idea what she was talking about. So right there - in the middle of class - that brave little girl explained the story of Jesus, the crucifixion, and resurrection. I can't imagine a more pure example of missions work - right here in our own public schools.

We at Power Church in Jonesboro are so proud of this little girl and her love for Jesus and her bold testimony. She challenges the rest of us to find our own mission field and get to work!
